After lots of internal reflection and talks with my husband Scott, I realized that I haven’t been as efficient as I’d like to be in terms of maximizing the use of my energy and focus last year. How do I begin to make this change? 🤝First and foremost, protecting my energy so that my family gets the best of me instead of the last of me. 🤝Knowing when to ask for help is key to my personal growth and with that come asking for help from the right source(s) and doing it sooner. And asking without FEAR. 🤝Knowing how to give is essential when it comes to my personal growth! I am a helper at heart, so finding a way to help by being efficient with the energy I’m giving will help both the receiver and myself! 🤝Connecting with those who really like to connect and want to connect is key when it comes to communication efficiency. I fault myself for chasing connections that aren’t true simply because I’m a believer in the human experience. However, in order to make any relationship great, I have to allow myself to know that I deserve a good well rounded connection. 📖 So.... my word for the year is TIME!
