リー・シェンロンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (リー・シェンロンInstagram)「Deeply saddened to learn that LG (Ret) Ng Jui Ping passed away today. LG (Ret) Ng is probably best known as Singapore’s 2nd Chief of Defence Force. He was one of the inaugural batch of commissioned officers trained in SAFTI — the “SAFTI First Batch”. They were there at the creation, and played a major role in building up our armed forces from scratch. After retiring from the armed forces, LG (Ret) Ng held many positions, both in the public and private sectors. I will remember him most from my own time in the army, when he was first my CO, and later when I worked beside him — I learnt much from him as a leader and a colleague.
