Each year we set high goals and make big resolutions. We tell promises and have hopes of quick change. All of this is beautifully intentional and its important to be conscious of ones growth. BUT don’t get caught in the idea of waking up tomorrow a different person. Thinking you have to be someone else. Physically, mentally or spiritually. You are perfectly imperfect. Just how you are, where you are at, an ever evolving soul. Life will change you on its own, circumstances force you to face fears, trials stretch your heart and triumphs allow you to propel. I remind myself of this today as we step into a new decade and tell myself to be present and surrender. Knowing any plans I make will change and any goals I set will shift. Allow for life to happen FOR you in between your dreams. Looking at the last decade I could never have imagined where I would be today and yet I am grateful for it all. Evolution is slower than we expect. You are doing wonderful. Tomorrow is new day to be grateful for no matter the date. So with my same intention I set each year, prepare my heart to be PRESENT for life happening FOR me and consciously choosing to be the best version of myself each day.
