(I know you can hit a brain fart 💨 when trying to brainstorm ideas) ALSO, telling people your goals is scientifically proven to hold you accountable! Below are some of my 2020 goals, COMMENT some of yours below! - • CREATE a priming routine to practice every day (I’m using @tonyrobbins priming guide) - Get on a regular sleep schedule. • Keep a decluttered house. Purge one room in the each month until I’ve finished the entire house. (I just did the pantry ✅) - Do one specific thing that is totally out of my comfort zone quarterly (I signed up to see a spiritual healer January 7th to start this new goal) • WORKOUT minimal 5 days a week. (Either at home or at the gym but HAS to be at least 5 days a week) - Reach out to a distant family member once a month. • TRAVEL somewhere out of the country I’ve never been this year. - COMMIT to 10 minute a day of “small goal” and gratitude journaling. • Spend more time with family and friends - LAUNCH a new ebook quarterly. • Have an automatic percentage of my paycheck diverted into a savings account for a down payment on a house by June 2020.
