So why shouldn’t your workout target your mental conditioning as much as your muscular strength or cardiovascular endurance? To do this, ‘mental health’ cannot simply be an add-on to an existing workout product, you need to consider how human beings develop patterns of thoughts, emotions & beliefs and use that understanding from the start to design workouts which target specific psychological objectives as well as physiological ones. This is the approach that we have taken @rowbotslondon, and has required a diverse range of expertise and experience to pull it together. I’m so proud of what we have achieved in only 5 months!
