ニーナ・ネスビットさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ニーナ・ネスビットInstagram)「THE 10s. 2010, left school early to try my luck at being a musician. uploaded videos to my YouTube channel. 2011, quit job at river island (I was so bad I never got till trained), signed a publishing deal, went on my first support tours, released live take EP. 2012, released the apple tree EP, did first tour, found my manager, charted on iTunes, got on radio, signed record deal. a life changing year. 2013, had my first top 40 single, recorded peroxide, played to 10,000 people at T in The Park. 2014, released debut album, it all came crashing down for many reasons, ended in an identity crisis, drunk a lot of vodka, partied a lot, started making next album. 2015, worked on next album (which never came out) except chewing gum, started dating mike (again), found out I was being dropped, was depressed, cried a lot, thought my career was over. 2016, got dropped, cried a lot more. started writing for other artists. got some cool cuts. still sad, wrote some songs in my bedroom. signed to cooking vinyl. impulsively got a dog. 2017, released the first track, ‘the moments I’m missing’ then ‘the best you had’. started to feel happier. suddenly got millions of streams. taylor swift playlisted my song and I died. finished most of the sun will come up album. my life completely turned around. 2018, the most incredible year. toured america in a CAR for the first time, then 4 more times. didn’t sleep. stayed in some really fucked up air b n bs lol. met so many of you. released music I loved. toured Europe. decided I could do ballet. couldn’t. burnt myself out. stayed in a lot of weird motels. heard my song on american radio. shot album artwork in Palm Springs. 2019, released album!!! got over half a billion streams. signed new publishing deal. shot a music video on a horse in norway. headlined tours in US, UK & Aus/NZ. exceeded my own expectations. had a nervous breakdown at border control lol. felt anxious. started work on NN3. went on a US writing trip. felt less anxious. stayed in some really amazing air b n bs. stayed in some really fucked up air b n bs. finally got some quality time with michael and people I love. got some songs I love.
