0.25 oz lemon juice
0.25 oz grapefruit juice
0.25 oz Braulio amaro

1 oz Banks Rum
1 oz Iichiko Shochu
0.75 oz Orange syrup
0.75 oz lime juice
Spearmint and shiso
Liquid nitrogen

Johnnie Collins 🥃
1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black
0.5 oz Palo Cortado Sherry
0.5 oz Guinness Syrup
0.25 oz Ginger liqueur
2 oz Champagne
Lemon zest as garnish
