Back & Biceps 💪
Finished my back workout with wide grip cable pullovers to end with a massive pump. This is a great exercise if you want super wide lats. Make sure you lock into position and focus on your form throughout the movement.
One of the exercises I did while training biceps was seated dumbbell curls against a backrest to keep my back flat and minimize any cheating. Strictly hitting the biceps.
