This has been hands down the most TRANSFORMATIVE year of my life yet. I cannot possibly put it all in words, because much of it goes way beyond words and comprehension, but I’ll try. But firstly I’d like to thank the special souls, who were there for me through the tough times, because there were plenty of them this year. The ones who believed that breaking isn’t a bad thing. That hurting leads to healing and a long break doesn’t equal giving up. The ones that listened and didn’t judge. And the ones that challenged me, so I could grow stronger. You know who you are ❤️ I also want to thank my sponsors @ジョン・ラーム @traderjoes @acer_america @levelweargolf and #Esmark who didn’t miss a beat and continue to support me - what a blessing to have partners like you, who see way more in an athlete than the sum of our results.
This year taught me to listen to my INTUITION, to be more spontaneous, to own my boldness and appreciate everything I’ve achieved and at times taken for granted. It shook me up and woke me up. And continues to do so. It made lots of tears run down my cheeks (not only in pain, but also in joy). It helped me hear answers, I didn’t know I had. It made me truly feel the importance and beauty of CONNECTION. I know this might sound odd, but the break allowed me to slow down and learn about the true meaning of friendship. It showed me a little more clearly every day, when I choose to act out of FEAR instead of LOVE. And when I’d rather run, than hear and feel my truth. I know this sounds like a lot, but it’s exactly how I feel: like some software update is happening and I know when it started, but I have no idea, if there is an end in sight. But hey, I feel BLESSED, wide open, loved, excited for next year, to start practicing, to stay curious, go on more adventures and most importantly - continue to be COURAGEOUS enough to be with the uncomfortableness of the freakin UNKNOWN. It’s a precious way for me to become more present and the universe always always always surprises me and conspires with some bad ass MAGIC. So yes. Thank you to a year that looked like one of the least spectacular ones on paper, but turned out to be a real high-def GEM ✨#thankyou
