For those asking for the potato-parsnip latkes I posted on Stories yesterday — good news 🤓: it’s in #RR50!⁠⠀

Lacy potatoes 🥔, parsnip, egg 🥚, flour or matzo meal and LOTS of scallion (and any other herbs you like!) Fry in oil until golden.⁠⠀

Then the sauce: crème fraîche, finely chopped dill, chive, parsley, & capers. Add horseradish, lemon 🍋, and 🧂salt to taste.⁠ Serve alongside good smoked salmon or gravlax...or, in yesterday’s case, top with caviar 🤩⁠⠀
