After spending the past few weeks anxiously monitoring the Australian bushfires, the Currowan Fire in Shoalhaven NSW is currently burning impossibly close to our family farm on Burrill Lake. There is an emergency warning in place and the danger is catastrophic due to high temperatures, strong winds and low humidity which has made conditions extremely dangerous for our firefighters.
I sincerely want to thank the NSW Rural Fire Service @nswrfs and all the volunteer firefighters across the country who have been risking their own lives to save our land, native animals, residents and homes. You are the true heroes of our nation and your bravery is unmatched. #thankyou #heroes #prayforAustralia
