It’s a magical time of year from this view to see no traffic on the streets. I had a Birdseye view from this balcony of the most iconic building in Los Angeles. The Capitol records building stings lights from that needle looking thing to look like a Christmas tree. And it’s one of my favorite sights I’ve ever seen.
