When I took the decision back in January to get my knee operated, I was conscious of the risk I was taken.
Being 32 and not 20 anymore, the healing process will properly be longer ! Would I ever have a knee as good as before? Would I ever play again? All those questions were in my head. But not for long, because the all process behind was to get my knee stronger as ever before.
There were some ups and downs, but the process was 100% worth it.
I had to learn to be patient with my body and let it adapt to the progression. And most of all with my mind. I had to accept every minute of the journey, being most of the time positive.But those darks moments were properly the ones I learned the most from and I am so thankful for it.Today as you can see the progression from the 2 videos, I can proudly say that after those 11 months of hard work and learning, my knee is stronger than ever. 🙌🏾
To all of those who help me a long the process I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart.
And I want to say a special thank you to @kswiss_fit without you bro nothing would have been possible. A real master in is craft.🙌🏾
