Peter Snell is a house hold name I was inspired growing up trying to run like 🏃🏃‍♀️. He inspired us to believe that Kiwi's could really compete well on the World stage! 3 Olympic gold medals 🥇🥇🥇and the only male since 1920 to win the 800m and 1500m double at the same Olympics, in 1964- he also broke World Records in the 800m, 1000m and the mile. His 800 time of 1.44.3 in 1962 is still the New Zealand record and is world class to this day! .
