If you want to climb on board if you haven’t already, check this book out, and ask your local comic shop for issue 1-- Far Sector is one of the most exciting releases this year. And in DP we have part six of weight of the worlds, titled Digital Justin. A lot went into this issue, bits of things I made up years ago like Wild Ass, bits of conversations I had with friends while in Australia about the Bozumatriks (also the conversation my old twitter handle Goth Claudia came from, and yes, it is possible to enter the Bozumatriks), and a ton of experimentation. This issue’s artist, Omar Francia, went above and beyond creating two completely different experiences as we shift from the world our characters inhabit, and the Bozu. He had to build 3d models for every single character in the VR portions of the comic. Inspired by Batman: Digital Justice, Lawnmower Man, and many other things, this one was a big experiment.
