Being in nature is one of the most healing things I can do for myself. The fresh air and all of the wildlife resets my whole body, mind, and soul. I love running here because I am usually alone and there is no one around me. The plants and the trees and the birds are my friends, cheering me on as I run and feel the earth beneath my feet. I love the technicality of this trail and being able to dance with all of the tree roots. Thank you Mama Earth for all that you have provided. 🙏 This is the second time I have run this trail to be greeted by a rainbow at the ledge. I am always in complete awe and wonder by the magnificence that is this universe. Magic is all around us. Thank you for being with me at this transformative time in my life.
