Things can get so crazy- you have so many responsibilities and have to balance so many different personalities. Doing all this while trying to navigate through my grief gets really tough for me. This year I am going to try really hard to not let my cup get so empty with a little help from my friends over @OptionB. Option B is an online community giving people the tools they need to be there for others and themselves during the holidays, especially if they or a loved one is going through a tough time. Recharging during the holidays and exercising self-care is a priority for me and I'm going to share with you how you can support yourself and others during these times.
