- 2 tbsp avocado OR extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 large red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp minced garlic OR 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 lbs of green beans
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- pinch of sea salt

Follow my steps from the video!
- Heat oil, add in sliced red onion + minced garlic on medium-low ( make sure they don’t burn )
- Toss then cook in pan with lid on for about 4-5 minutes.
- Toss again, cover & cook/steam for 2-3 minutes, or until beans have a good crunch!
- Serve it out & add sliced almonds on top + sea salt
