My favorite part about traveling is the food and architecture. To me, eating like the locals do is the best way to get to know a foreign city or country. So, when planning this almost 3 week adventure to 5 different countries, I knew my vegan options would be limited (plus I'm not %100 vegan these days, more like %75) and I knew I wanted to eat cheese and have a few gin fizzies and maybe some shellfish here and there (no other meats) but I couldn't NOT eat some of the best foods I've ever tasted! The fondue in Switzerland in 30 degree weather in outdoor only seating on the water was hands down thes best! The vegetarian lasagna in London, the soup in Dublin, the fucking pasta in Rome (omg), the chocolate in Lucerne...holy fuck. ALL of the gin in England!
Needless to say...it was an amazing trip.
And I only gained 5 pounds! .
