From UCHICOOK to you, Happy Thanksgiving! ⠀

Try this easy 9-minute Grilled Chicken Breast using Steam Grill tomorrow🙌 You may be tired of preparing and cooking after the thanksgiving madness but this recipe will won’t take your time at all :) 😉

■ INGREDIENTS⠀
• 200g (0.4lb) Boneless chicken breast⠀
• 100g (0.2lb) Asparagus⠀
• 100g (0.2lb) Zucchini⠀
• 100g (0.2lb) Red and yellow peppers⠀
• 100g (0.2lb) Broccoli⠀
• Some Black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder and virgin extra olive oil⠀
• 1 tbsp Rosemary⠀

■ INSTRUCTIONS⠀
1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder and rosemary and leave it for 15 min at least.⠀
2. Cut vegetables.⠀
3. Preheat the grill for 3 minutes over medium high heat.⠀
4. Grill the chicken for 3 minutes over medium heat until golden brown, covered.⠀
5. Turn over and grill for 3 minutes, covered.⠀
6. Place the vegetables around the meat.⠀
7. Add 1/4 cup water in the ridge surrounding the grill and steam for another 3 minutes, covered.⠀
