For the past month I decided to stay away from posting and take a Social media detox. In my opinion we all must practice it a bit more and change our morning rituals of checking our phones the second we wake up... what’s your opinion on this? What does social media mean for you? ♺♺♺♺♺♺♺♺♺♺♺♺♺♺♺♺
Решил взять небольшую паузу в месяц и не выкладывать ничего в ленту. Мне кажется иногда очень важно выключаться из мира социальных сетей. Важно менять свои утренние ритуалы и не проверять телефон в ту же секунду когда вы просыпаетесь. Что для вас социальные сети?
