Einige haben sich ein Update zu meiner Verletzung gewünscht, also berichte ich mal 💁🏼♀️Meine Knie OP war vor 3 Monaten und meine Hüft OP war vor 2 Monaten 👩🏼⚕️ Mit viel Gelduld geht es Schritt für Schritt voran und jeden Tag kommt etwas Neues dazu, was ich wieder machen darf. Ich freue mich über jeden kleinen Fortschritt und bleibe weiterhin zuversichtlich bald wieder in der Turnhalle zu stehen 🌟Momentan befinde ich mich im Rehatraining und kann hoffentlich bald wieder voll durchstarten und Saltos schlagen 🤸🏼♀️Wenn es weiter so läuft, kann ich im Januar wieder meine Riemchen anschnallen und mit Barren anfangen💪🏻 An dieser Stelle auch mal ein großes Dankeschön an meine Physiotherapeuten und die Trainingswissenschaftler vom Olympiastützpunkt, die mich schnellst möglich wieder aufpäppeln 🏋🏼♀️Ich Danke auch meinem Heimatverein dem TSV Berkheim für die Unterstützung. Und nicht zu vergessen, ist meine Familie. Danke, dass ihr immer hinter mir steht 💗 ————————————————————————
Many of you requested an update on my injury, so let me tell you something about it 💁🏼♀️ My knee surgery was 3 months ago and my hip operation was 2 months ago 👩🏼⚕️ With a lot of patience, the recovery is progressing step by step every day. I look forward to every small step forward and remain confident that I'll be back in the gym soon🌟At the moment I am in rehabilitation training and I hope I can start soon again with gymnastics 🤸🏼♀️ If the progress continue like this, I can put my grips on and start slowly with bars in January 💪🏻 At this point also a big thank you to my physiotherapists and the training scientists from the Olympiastützpunkt in Stuttgart, who bring me back as soon as possible 🏋🏼♀️I also thank my home club TSV Berkheim for the support. And not to forget my family and my boyfriend. Thank you for always standing behind me 💗
