I was having a conversation about growth last night and the gentle reminder (that came out of my mouth) was that it’s uncomfortable! There is not growth from comfort zones. So if you’re not feeling some level of discomfort, you’re probably not to a the meat of creating real change. It’s called growing pains for a reason. I needed my own words last night. . We operate from the very programmed subconscious almost all the time and it takes implementing new routines and a way to make that consistent to create change. My challenge to myself that I need to address is creating a time for meditation.
