Back at the gym! I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow. What motivates you to train? I've slipped off the band wagon lately and feeling really tired and unmotivated. So this week I've really tried to up the amount of protein I've been having and stay away from starchy carbs! Do you have any other recommendations?
@VPX_Sports zero impact bars are a quick source of protein I can just leave in the car for gym days, so I'll definitely be adding these to my meal plan.
