In the UK today is Remembrance Day when we commemorate members of the armed forces who have died in the line of duty. When I attended the Gates Foundation workshop I was reminded where you are born predicts much of your life chances. I was very lucky to be born in the UK and to live in the USA two countries where there are extraordinary people who choose sacrifice and service over self for the benefit of all of us and our loved ones.
