You need to know the chef and to make booking it’s almost a year wait. ・ I’ve known the chef for 12 years now and I have his personal mobile so I took my chance. At first he said it’s fully booked till 2020 April but miracle happens (someone canceled last min) and I was able to go! Probably my ‘sushi need’ was stronger😅 ・ Anyways I’m sure many of you like sushi and go to sushi counters to eat so hope to share the manners, do’s and don’ts of having sushi later on my Story.
