One theme that stood out through everything was mental health. It’s something that’s in the forefront of conversation at the moment, which is fantastic, but for people aged 15-29, like me, suicide is still the second leading cause of death, globally. Everyone I heard speak at @oneyoungworld talked about the importance of taking care of your mental health and the importance of maintaining hope in fighting for our planet 🌍 Personally I took real hope from hearing about new innovations and programs from @jnj that could help so many people with depression out of the darkness, where we just haven’t been able to before 💡 I got to meet neuroscientists who spoke passionately about advances being made in their field and how hard the community is working on improving mental health treatment 👩🏻‍⚕ As @janegoodallinst put it, “our brain is magic” 🧠 ✨🐒 #jnj」11月5日 4時10分
