1️⃣ How often do you exercise? - 4 workouts a week are my standard, a 5th one might happen if I’m feeling extra energetic. I do a mixture out of weight lifting in the gym, bodyweight home workouts (-> my YouTube videos), HIIT / circuits with weights and Yoga .

2️⃣ Is it hard for you to have visible abs? - yes and no. I’m disciplined enough to keep my body fat low enough to have visible abs. But if I gain weight, my core area is the FIRST place to store fat 😅 I would never store extra bodyweight on my legs, it always goes to my stomach first, then face and afterwards arms and shoulders 😟 If I would gain a lot of weight, I would probably have a big upper body and spaghetti legs lol .

3️⃣ Do you take protein supplements? - mostly no. Occasionally I include pure protein powders (hempseed, flaxseed, pea, rice) in some dishes for an extra protein boost but I generally get my protein from whole foods. I used to add protein powder to eveeeerything but I figured I don’t need that much protein to keep my current body & I have a better digestion since I consume them less often. I just have a more relaxed point of view on it now! I sometimes eat protein bars, but most on the market have shitty, unnatural ingredients or taste like typical „protein bars“ - so I rather go for a nutbar instead haha .

4️⃣ How are your legs so thin although you lift heavy weights? - GENETICS. I’m happy with how I look but I had a long time accepting that my legs don’t want to gain size 🤷🏼‍♀️ I have an easy time gaining arm and back muscle (Yay so cool as a female), my booty is also decent but my legs want to stay skinny. Everybody’s different 🤫 .

5️⃣ Do you train with your own workouts on YouTube? - ALL THE TIME haha. I think it’s super funny to train with myself and my workouts kill me as well (you’re not alone). Also: seeing myself on the screen makes me think „shit if I was able to not take a break while filming, I can stick to it at home as well“. .
