as I’m coming closer to finishing my album, I’ve been thinking a lot about the pretty unhealthy and obsessive relationship I have with perfection.

And I have come to this conclusion: just because something is finished doesn’t mean it needs to be shared.

In the same breath, just because I haven’t finished something doesn’t mean I shouldn’t share it.
•
So here’s another new idea. It’s not on the album, you don’t get to have it in full yet and neither do I.

I think that’s pretty rad 🤷🏻‍♂️
