Yesterday was Mental Health Day, which should be a reminder to all of us to look out for each other. Mental health affects more people than we realize. I say that from experience because not only have a had a battle with depression, but I have also lost several friends to it. There is no shame, we ALL struggle. #worldsmentalhealthday
