ジョディ・スウィーティンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ジョディ・スウィーティンInstagram)「In honor of world mental health day, here is a picture. This is a picture of a mom who had a full panic attack in the bathroom that day. Who cried for hours straight and felt the world was caving in. A woman that felt absolutely broken inside and feared she couldn’t pull herself back together. Someone who had taken her kids on vacation and had every reason in the world to be perfectly content. But that’s the bitch isn’t it? When our outsides look good, our insides can still be shattered. Those of us with anxiety/depression/ptsd can walk through the world without anyone knowing just how broken they are. But because of people who I love and trust, Celia Behar and Mescal Wasilewski, that day they talked me down and reminded me that I wasn’t alone. That my amazing family (thank God for my mom and dad) is always there. That I am not bad because my need for help. So, on this #worldsmentalhealthday , remember that mental illness and pain doesn’t always look like what it should. And that if someone reaches out for help, know that it has taken a world of pain to get them there. Be kind. Be a safe space. There’s far too much anger and sharpness in the world these days.」10月11日 13時36分 - jodiesweetin
