After a gig, we’d go back to our rooms, wash our clothes in the sink, & slip our slacks under the mattress to press them out. Then, we’d hang our shirts & jackets on hangers in the bathroom, & run hot water in the tub to let the steam do its work. We’d even hold “court sessions” on the bus where offenders were tried…These were the worst types of offenders. You know the type of guy who accidentally left his mouthpiece at the top of the Eiffel Tower before we had to play, or the one who stole your flask, or worse…your girl. ((:0)) As the youngest kid on almost every tour I went on, I had to practice why God gave me 2 ears & 1 mouth or else I’d get checked real quick!!
