福田萌子さんのインスタグラム写真 - (福田萌子Instagram)「These months I was thinking about the topic of “Self-Love”and what it means🤔 Actually we(Japanese)don’t have this culture so much🙇‍♂️If we change self-esteem or self-satisfaction, we can understand better otherwise we think self-love＝narcism👩 ・ “Are you satisfied with yourself?” Yes 🇯🇵45.8%🇺🇸86% “Do you think that sometime you are not a good person?” Yes 🇯🇵72.5%🇺🇸45%🇰🇷35.2% ・ These results are resulting from our culture and education🙍‍♀️Japanese traditional education is patient🌵Focus on what we couldn’t do rather than what we did☝🏻We like humble way too much and don’t express outside ourselves a lot🧘‍♀️ I will say honestly, sometimes I feel I’m a really bad person myself❌Reflecting upon what I did wrong. So I’m trying my best everyday and look for my worth🔥When I could support someone, I could feel happy🙏Our education doesn’t help to satisfy only ourselves and who we are🙍‍♀️ ・ We don’t express love means we don’t know enough how to love ourselves✅ Japanese has different ways of expressing love🤲For example I don’t hug with my parents and don’t say “I love you” but we think about each other deeply😌 You'll never know but when your life is going well, your family supporting you behind👨‍👩‍👧‍👦♥️ I like Japanese way of expressing and we feel good for it. Also I knew, I feel comfortable when I expressing LOVE outside💗 Japanese people are shy but love makes everyone happy✨After I started express my love, I slowly understand what is love and self-love. ・ If you love yourself, you deserve the best you can and are able to give more to others‼️It’s helpful to stay positive mind as well☘️You don’t need to searching your worth outside. Answer is already in you✨ We have beautiful culture, amazing morals and really unique but at same time we have to improve our “Self Love” mindset💡Mind can evolve depending on the training‼️Talking with friends who already have that idea will help you to learn more, so let's express yourself without embarrassment even if you fail✊🏻✨And let’s share different point of view✨ I’m constantly learning from my LOVE and sweet Italian friends💕 @emi_renata」10月7日 19時18分
