I saw these huge waves coming in and blasting on the shore, then hitting the sand berm and sending large waves back out to sea. It was one of the first swells of the year so there was a lot of sand and heavy backwash. I was ready to jump in down at the edge of the shore when I thought maybe my wife might be down to shooting some images of me capturing the Shorebreak bombs.So I ran all the way up the beach to my truck, got my cell phone and gave her a call. I told her where my extra camera was and to just grab it and come down, the waves are going off. We live right up the hill so she got down quick. I jumped in and she showed up right after. Sure enough right when she was close enough to shoot a big set started rolling in. 4-5 waves or so. First wave rolled through I got a nice shot, second wave came in and I was in position , I could feel the first wave behind me coming back out and ready to explode in front of me. I raised my hand and boom💥 there she blows🌊💨💦💥 Sandy got the shot and literally had to run up the beach with her hand held high as the 3rd 4th and 5th waves moved up the shore. She got soaked but was able to save the camera and of corse she got the shot😁🤙🏼 she was a bit pissed to get wet 💦💦💦and that was the last time she took photos of me shooting. 😂😂😂 #shorebreak #Clarklittle 🆑」9月20日 3時02分
