I am overall feeling good and wanting to get back to the gym though!! I gained about 24 pounds during my pregnancy and have 8 more to lose before I’m at my pre-pregnancy weight. Eating healthy and working out during pregnancy was important to me and has made recovery easier!! Cove is also usually only waking up once in the night and I don’t feel too sleep deprived so that’s nice 🤪 I’ve taken the past month to just relax with my baby and now am starting to get back into working/real life! #aspynovardpresets」9月20日 2時26分
