I’m so proud of what we’ve built, and having the opportunity to experience it with everyone who has supported us meant the world to me. It is my belief, that we as humans should take the knowledge we have gained in our respective fields, and share it with the next generation. To inspire and to encourage, to help and foster development. We all have collective wisdom that can help others accelerate their growth and accomplishments. I have no doubt that in the future, you will see many others that build on what we have started and push even further! Our health is our wealth. And what we eat, drink, think and how we train and recover ALL adds up! I’m so encouraged but what we have experienced these past 6 years and I know we can help so many people who want to feel better as they grow older.
