Ladies I’m here to tell you that you CAN have your body back after baby- it won’t over overnight, but it IS possible. It took me a full year to get my body back- it’s not exactly the same, it’s better! Whatever “imperfections” or loose skin may exist now is irrelevant, I have a gorgeous daughter. 💕 Don’t think that becoming a MOM is the end of being YOU, it took you so much time and energy to create that life; it takes just as much time and energy to get yourself back to you, but I promise you, you can do it.
