I’ve been working tirelessly and stressing so much in the past few weeks, that this was bound to happen. Every day I try to learn how to deal with stress better. It’s easy for people to say; “Don’t Stress”, “take it easy”, like it was a switch you just turn off, but it’s not so black and white. I have increased my commitment towards meditation and I’m taking baby steps towards a stress and anxiety “free” life, which is a huge priority for me.
