First full day here in Tokyo! Had a light move around session last night right off the flights (it felt as bad as it sounds) & back to a real lifting schedule today. Feeling a bit wobbly & jet lagged, but workin through it and NOT napping between training sessions today. Since we can all count the colored plates... 133kg/293lbs for pull to hold + dip clean this morning! @rehband @2poodperformance @romwod
