『Maltese tuna』

actually I have just been to Malta for study abroad.
So I want to explain using English about cooking little by little... First!!
Maltese tuna is as really delicious as Japan.
It is Fresh and good price.

Just cutting is it.
And eat with the soysauce and wasabi.

Also it makes Carpaccio with oliveoil,salt and chopped garlic.
（Avocado topping is yummy.）
Please make it and tast it!
I want to miss Maltese tuna.
