But never have I ever let those thoughts or voices win I have always picked myself off the ground wiped away any tears to do another rep or another set no matter how much it hurts and burns. This determination I learnt from training with @iaindougy, one of the most motivating people in my life. I keep showing up day after day to train because of moments like yesterday I got selected in the Australian World Championship team which takes place in Doha.
