Never suffer alone, friends, family or there are help lines to talk to if you ever need them. We were given this life because we are strong enough to live it. Is it always great? No, do we have bad times and moments?of course. But we are strong enough to move through them and know that there is light after the darkness. The sun rises every day to gift us with a new day to be better, to grow, to choose happiness. If you struggle, talk to someone,every little helps.
