I know I am not alone in this. I know most of you reading this can relate in someway. I have learned now to reach out when its dark and have found support and love beyond measure. (to each of you, you know who you are, I love you). That doesn’t mean somedays aren’t all consuming. This journey isn’t always easy and on those days I don’t take selfies crying in the car or post not being able to get out of bed. I power through and smile but inside am breaking. Even now I question whether I can be this honest and vulnerable. If I should post this because its not happy or positive. But another part of me says this is what HUMAN is. The dark and light. The beautiful and the ugly. The messy soul forming journey which pushes our hearts to its limit and still finds its beating. I am not always sure how to navigate through, I am taking this one day at a time. But for today, I am telling you, and myself, you are ok. You are not alone. You are resilient.
