I was lucky enough to spend time with him on my many visits to @farmsanctuary before he passed away this last week. 😢 As much as he was abused during his life before being rescued, he showed so much love for every human he ever came in contact with, and inspired so many people to change their perspective on eating animals. This photo was taken the first day I met Paolo. I knelt down on the ground and he gave me the sweetest kiss on my nose. If you’ve never had the chance to spend time with a cow before, I highly recommend going to visit any of the @farmsanctuary locations.
