Hampton University said it is partnering with the University of the Bahamas to allow students who have been displaced by Hurricane Dorian to spend the fall semester on its Virginia campus tuition-free. The students who transfer will receive free room and board for one semester, with the option of staying on after at the standard tuition rate.
