HOW DO YOU DEAL with being fit and then gaining so much weight during pregnancy?  ARE YOU WORRIED you won’t get back the body you had before your pregnancy?  DO YOU EVER FEEL like your body is now ruined?  When you're expecting, there's plenty of stuff to worry about: Is that cheese pasteurized? Will my baby be healthy? What if I'm not a good mom? WILL I EVER GET MY PRE-BABY BODY BACK? If you’re pregnant, right about now, you’re probably really uncomfortable. Your belly itches, and you have to pee 24/7. You’re probably also in panic mode asking yourself all the questions above because that’s how I spent some of my pregnancy also.  Every stage of pregnancy is a wonderful moment in time that you will never get back. Believe it or not, I’m sure after pregnancy we will look at pictures with nostalgia! Also, your belly / body is the PERFECT SIZE, and you look great!!! Everyone’s body / pregnancy / baby is different. Some women gain a little weight while some women gain a lot. Just because YOU might have gained a lot doesn’t mean you’ll be more “doomed” than people who gained less and vise versa. I’ve actually had many moms tell me they are in better shape NOW than before pregnancy and they love their body even more after having a baby.  I have the most admiration for mothers... WE GREW A BABY! 👶🏼 If that’s not a miracle then idk what is! So many beat themselves up about their weight gain but chances are you’ll get back a body that you’re comfortable in if you set reasonable expectations. My piece of advise is look past what your body looks like right now and focus on HOW AMAZING YOUR BODY IS for growing a human! Yes pregnancy can be tough and we have the right to worry but let’s not allow ourselves to worry SO MUCH that it takes away the joys of pregnancy. Gaining weight, stretch marks, cellulite, fluid, swelling is all normal and HEALTHY during pregnancy and YOU WILL get your fitness back when YOU’RE ready!  Sending love 💕 you way!
