FOR THE CAKE: I made 4x the amount of each ingredient to make 4 tiers, in 10inch round pans. Mix wet ingredients, then mix dry ingredients, then mix altogether. There is unsweetened whipped cream and fresh fruit in between each layer. FOR THE ICING: Pink= freeze dried strawberries + whipped cream . Purple= freeze dried blueberries + whipped cream . PARA O BOLO: fiz 4x a receita para fazer 4 camadas em formas redondas com 25cm de diâmetro. Misturei os ingredientes molhados, depois os secos, depois misturei tudo junto. Pus natas batidas sem adoçante e fruta fresca entre cada camada. PARA A COBERTURA Rosa = morangos secos + natas batidas . Roxo= mirtilos secos + natas batidas .
