Reminding myself why I’m struggling so much in the gym rn. I promise, the next time I travel, no more doing dumb things like having ice cream for breakfast and fast food every day 🙃💔 We’re leaving again really soon, and though all the traveling has made it harder for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle, I really gotta remember to take my discipline with me this time. It’s always so difficult to start from zero again. But hey, at least I’m starting 😫😭 I used to consume a big tub of ice cream on my own every day, but now I‘ve been feeling all my bad habits catching up to me, especially as I continue to age. We think we’re so invincible while we’re still able to get away with certain things, and we try to make the most of it while we can, but trust me, it all accumulates and will bite us back sooner or later! Being fit and strong is one thing, but it means nothing really if you’re not truly healthy. On that note, I shall try my best to lessen the sugar and fried food now 👀
