1. AROUND THE WORLD BICEP CURL. Using 12lb weights. 10 reps. (Switch direction rep 5-10)
2. INVERTED ROW. 10-12 reps You can alternate your grip on the next set)
3. BICEP CURL+OVERHEAD PRESS 12lbs 10 reps
4. BENCH PRESS. 65lbs 10 reps
5. SKULL CRUSHERS. 12lbs + 12reps
6. BATTLE ROPES. 60 seconds
I repeat 3-4X depending on how much time i have at the gym #momlife
