The past 2+ years I've been hitting the gym with the goal of improving myself. I'm not trying to be a body builder, or a ripped coast guard, I'm just trying to improve my physical strength and my health. Today I broke my deadlifting record! I managed to lift 110KG (242 lbs) once!!! It's such a cool record because it's the first time I've crossed the 100KG mark. I thought I would share this small achievement with you guys because I'm proud of it! What's something you're proud of? 🏋️
